Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot database and integration issues to produce sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with fellow database administrators on system updates and integrations
- Support in-processing for all sites during refueling outages
- Maintain consistent application of training procedures and industry guidelines
- Conduct post-outage assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
- Communicate necessary technology changes to fleet training management
- Review data to identify negative trends for communication to training leadership
- Test upcoming database changes to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of instructional or relevant departmental experience
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to timely completion of tasks
- Prioritization of compliance with established procedures and guidelines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration across teams
