Sr. Nuclear Instructor (Database Administrator)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot database and integration issues to produce sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with fellow database administrators on system updates and integrations
• Support in-processing for all sites during refueling outages
• Maintain consistent application of training procedures and industry guidelines
• Conduct post-outage assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
• Communicate necessary technology changes to fleet training management
• Review data to identify negative trends for communication to training leadership
• Test upcoming database changes to ensure smooth transitions

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of instructional or relevant departmental experience
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to timely completion of tasks
• Prioritization of compliance with established procedures and guidelines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration across teams

Pay

$90,000 – $120,000 annually
