Sr .NET Lead

- Full Time - Remote ***This position is for candidates who can go through a federal clearance*** Strong senior .NET Lead with experience delivering enterprise applications and guiding development teams.Must remain hands-on with development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical solutioning.Proven ability to design and build scalable REST APIs and backend services using the Microsoft technology stack.Experience leading developers, coordinating delivery, resolving technical issues, and providing clear status updates to leadership.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and data access technologies such as Entity Framework or Dapper.Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Service/Web Apps, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and related cloud components.
