About the role
The Sr. Multi-Craft Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring all equipment operates safely and appropriately. They are responsible for performing all Sr. Multi-Craft Mechanic's functions independently and ensuring all work adheres to the Responsible Care EMS - Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Intervene and take appropriate actions on non-conformances, concerns, and incidents.
- Communicate HSE&S concerns, incidents, near misses, and opportunities for improvement through the appropriate company processes.
- Lead, participate, or provide resources for various HSE&S activities such as Employee Safety Committees, Safety Meetings, RCA investigations, MOC, PSSR, PHA, and others.
- Follow MSOP & Plant Safety Rules and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Qualify as a Multi-Craft Sr., Sr. Mechanic, and Sr. Electrician.
- Willingness to perform tasks from lower classes within the maintenance department.
- Good housekeeping habits.
- Communication and manual skills.
- Basic and advanced tool usage.
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic components.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating conditions and procedures.
- Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
- Ability to assess value, importance, and quality of things/people.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and correctly.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.
- Fit to use a full face respirator (clean shaven requirement, no beard).

Pay
Competitive salary and benefits package. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $45.07 per hour. Actual compensation packages may vary based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate.
Schedule
Onsite position in Orange, CA. No relocation coverage.
