Sr. Molding Technician (3rd Shift)

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment to support operations
• Make professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associates
• Responsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employees
• Relay pertinent product and quality-related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers in both written and verbal forms
• Document production, maintenance, and QC audits performed
• Organize and maintain the order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas, and the department as a whole
• Perform other duties and projects as required by production and business need

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of Injection molding experience
• Successful completion of Mechanical Aptitude test
• Established ability to identify and communicate issues and offer proposed solutions
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to manage interruptions in a professional and respectful manner
• Above-average basic math skills and reasoning ability
• Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Forklift certification
