About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer / Architect – Power Apps & Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer / Architect – Power Apps & Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the enterprise solutions support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project delivery, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise business solutions utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide architectural suggestions, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Drive workflow automation, application modernization, and process transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Leverage Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform solution architecture and governance practices.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and AI capabilities such as Agentic AI and Co-Pilot Studio is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling to support data engineering tasks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and leadership.
