About the Role

The Manager Technology Delivery / Partner Management builds and maintains strong business relationships with assigned clients or internal partners and provides direction and guidance on optimal technology solutions and services to meet business needs. This position manages a varied team of IT professionals, bridging the gap between business and technology, and leveraging resources across functional or specialized technology areas to ensure end-to-end delivery of agreed-upon solutions or services within planned forecasts and cost estimates.

This role supports a significant business area, product group, enterprise platform, service, or capability within a Segment CIO or functional area. It requires setting work direction at an operational level, working autonomously, and collaborating with other business or technology leaders to establish and execute on common goals with a medium- to long-term business perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the Actimize CTR program, from requirements through deployment.
  • Own delivery timelines, scope, risks, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage overall program governance, reporting, decision forums, and executive updates.
  • Oversee Actimize implementation for CTR detection, workflow, routing, and filing (e.g., RCM, CDD, UDM, WLF experience beneficial).
  • Coordinate with Actimize vendor teams for rules configuration, data integration, testing, performance tuning, and defect resolution.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to bank architecture, security, and operational standards.
  • Manage delivery activities for Actimize vendor consultants, offshore/onshore resources, and internal engineering teams.
  • Track vendor deliverables, SLAs, technical design quality, and milestone adherence.
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, QA, data, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
  • Oversee a sizeable and varied team of technology professionals (e.g., up to 50+ consisting of Application Developers, Solutions Designers, Business Systems Analysts, Specialists, and/or Project Managers) in the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, system enhancements, applications, or service management.
  • Direct and manage large-scale applications or projects across multiple product lines or businesses, involving significant scope and complexity.
  • Understand strategic direction (including financials) and champion alliances to benefit the Bank and/or department.
  • Advocate for operational improvements to enhance the division’s value to the organization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate; Graduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Expert knowledge of business and bank technology standards (e.g., infrastructure, architecture, processes, applications) from a strategic perspective.
  • Sound knowledge of external competition, emerging industry, and/or market trends in relation to the business.
  • Understanding of strategic direction (including financials) and ability to champion alliances to benefit the Bank and/or department.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing CTR modules using Actimize ECM or ActOne (RCM).
  • Background in AML transaction monitoring and case management platforms.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Azure, cloud environments, or containerized deployments.

Schedule

40 hours per week. Hybrid work arrangement: onsite in Charlotte, NC; Mount Laurel, NJ; or Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay

$110,760 - $166,400 USD per year. TD is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities. Base pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
