About the Role

As a Sr. Manager of Talent Support, you will play a critical role in supporting the VP of Talent team. This role supports strategic HR initiatives and projects from development through successful execution while maintaining the organization's culture by ensuring HR programs reinforce the mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of special HR projects from end to end, communicate recommendations, and drive outcomes with various stakeholders (e.g., new orientation program).
- Manage the company's employee recognition programs.
- Supervise the execution of the company's culture engagement survey, ensuring robust communication and action planning across the company.
- Thoughtfully contribute to the design of program rollouts through a change management lens.
- Assist in developing appropriate, compelling materials to communicate, advance, and/or advocate for various HR initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, drafting and distributing periodic progress reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist and communicate with the HR leadership team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Serve as a liaison with department heads to ensure HR goals are met.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant or related experience and/or training.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proven success in a project coordination role.
- A genuine interest in education and providing education services.
- Demonstrates responsibility in a self-directed manner.

Work Environment
- Usual office working conditions.
- Travel within or outside of state may be required.
- Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.
