Sr Mgr, Support (CVR)

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement effective support strategies for customers
• Drive a transparent, pull-based case management process
• Set clear expectations and accountability across all levels
• Prepare operating budgets and proposals for infrastructure investments
• Oversee strategic business planning for revenue generation and retention
• Manage geographically diverse teams while fostering team cohesion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow and win business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience managing large teams
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Skilled in identifying, hiring, and retaining top talent across various functions
• Proficient in measuring KPIs and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in developing creative solutions to complex problems
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and conflict resolution
• Ability to work cross-functionally and ensure adherence to established processes

Pay

$120,000 – $130,000 annually
