Sr. Mgr, Partner Solutions Engineering (GSI)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Mgr, Partner Solutions Engineering (GSI) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead a global Partner Solutions Architecture organization focused on technical excellence, partner enablement, and scalable execution across the global systems integrator ecosystem. You will work closely with partner executives, sales leadership, and internal stakeholders to strengthen solution delivery, improve partner readiness, and support go-to-market alignment. The position blends hands-on technical leadership with people management, operational rigor, and influence at the senior leadership level. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $214,900 – $240,100 annually Responsibilities Build and lead a global team of Partner Solutions Architects to achieve technical excellence Engage actively with partners as a technical leader while mastering new product features Leverage executive presence to foster relationships with senior leaders in partner organizations Develop and oversee training programs to enhance partner capabilities in delivering solutions Collaborate with sales to integrate the platform into partners' go-to-market strategies Establish best practices for service delivery quality and consistency across partner operations Set performance expectations and provide coaching to enhance operational efficiency Qualifications 7+ years in Partner Solutions Architecture or similar roles in global SaaS/cloud security, with 5+ years managing technical teams Experience in recruiting and coaching geographically dispersed teams of Partner Solutions Architects Exceptional communication skills, able to influence C-level executives and internal stakeholders In-depth knowledge of partner ecosystems and ability to navigate their structures effectively Strong technical leadership capabilities, blending team management with hands-on technical expertise Technical competency in cloud security with practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and related technologies Operational experience in advancing teams through metrics-driven accountability Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Opportunities for career development and advancement Collaborative and inclusive work culture Stock options and equity as part of the compensation package Work-life balance initiatives including flexible work arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
