Sr Mgr Financial Systems Tech

About the role

This position is responsible for the management of programming and related activities of the fsd systems; and for providing research or management information data for use by actuarial and other divisions.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience using computer programming systems
• 5 years supervisory experience
• Verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Oracle Support, Security and Reporting experience
• Experience implementing change management
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and managing resolutions to potential and realized business and operational issues and impacts
• Experience developing and managing strategies and solutions either by direct or indirect reports via a matrix team structure
• Ensure overall quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of Financial initiatives while engaging and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Creative thinking skills
• Experience providing support to senior staff in process re-engineering and strategic problem-solving
• Experience conducting analyses and developing, executing and communicating strategic and operational impacts
• Experience providing strategic and tactical direction based on quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Working knowledge of HCSC Financial business process model and organizational functions
• Knowledge of the regulatory process and health care industry business requirements, processes, functions and drivers is a plus
• Working knowledge of data elements and HCSC internal systems such as BlueSTAR, or BlueChip

Schedule

• Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote

Pay

• $112,200.00 - $202,600.00
• Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
