About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Mgr. Driving Strategy & Planning (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide divisional strategy and planning efforts that support broader enterprise objectives across a complex healthcare insurance environment. The position will partner closely with divisional leadership to shape governance, evaluate market dynamics, and translate data-driven insights into actionable plans. It is well suited for a strategic leader who can balance short-term execution with long-range planning while helping align cross-functional teams around shared priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans and strategies for divisional governance
• Align divisional strategy with enterprise objectives
• Analyze competitive and market data to inform strategy
• Conduct short-term and long-term planning for the division
• Collaborate with divisional leadership on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or strategic consulting
• 2 years of management experience
• Strong background in strategic planning and analytics
• Experience in Retail Markets
• Proven leadership in mentoring staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage with senior management and cross-departmental staff
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Creative, innovative, and experienced in project process integration

Pay

$102,000 – $184,300 annually
