Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
- Own the management and analysis of digital performance metrics, leveraging tools such as Fullstory, Google Analytics, Firebase, and other analytics platforms.
- Generate actionable insights from data to support business decisions, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of digital initiatives and performance goals.
- Monitor error logs, customer feedback, and analytics data to ensure rapid identification and resolution of performance-impacting issues.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure instrumentation and testing capabilities support business needs.
Experimentation
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance conversion rates and improve user experience across digital channels.
- Oversee experimentation roadmap and prioritization in partnership with the Experimentation Lead.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to refine customer journeys, testing variations that drive higher engagement and conversions.
- Use data-driven testing approaches to optimize landing pages, product pages, and other high-traffic areas of the website and app.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, IT, and development teams to align optimization efforts with broader business objectives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth technical integrations, including site performance improvements and new feature launches.
- Act as the digital optimization lead, ensuring stakeholders are informed of performance metrics, ongoing testing, and resolved issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Information Technology, or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience in digital optimization, analytics, and performance management.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team and managing stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in digital analytics platforms such as Fullstory, Google Analytics, Firebase, Adobe Analytics, and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
- Proven track record of improving website and app performance through data-driven decision-making and optimization techniques.
- Experience managing technical troubleshooting, error resolution, and working closely with IT/development teams.
- Knowledge of SEO, web development practices, and UX design principles to support optimization efforts.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and methods, with hands-on experience in A/B and multivariate testing.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying issues and improving user experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on performance goals.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools to communicate insights and performance trends.

- General Direction: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.

Pay
Salary Range: $110,114 - $146,157
