Sr Mgr., Application Dev

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $118,450 – $236,900 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of software solutions for the company operations
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for software initiatives
• Analyze business requirements to create scalable solutions
• Coordinate development activities with cross-functional teams
• Drive innovation through recommending and implementing best practices
• Advance engineering practices by refining methodologies and standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years in application development or software engineering roles
• 5+ years with C# in the .NET ecosystem
• 5+ years with .NET frameworks, Angular, MVC, and JavaScript
• 5+ years of SQL development, including advanced query writing and performance tuning
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
