We need to output only need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about UPMC Children's Hospital, role description. We'll treat that as "About the role" maybe. Also "Responsibilities" and "Qualifications". Also "Pay" (salary and sign-on bonus). Also "Schedule" (first shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., rotating weekends and holidays). Benefits? Not mentioned besides sign-on bonus (which is pay). No explicit benefits list. So we include Pay and Schedule sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove EEO etc. Also remove "Applicants will be placed into the appropriate job title and salary based on their individual experience and education." That's substantive? It's about placement; maybe keep? It's about salary determination; but we have Pay section with salary start and sign-on bonus. Could keep that sentence in About the role or Pay? Probably keep in About the role as it's about placement. But we can incorporate into Pay? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that sentence somewhere. Could put in a

under About the role. Also need to keep "Join the team at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, the region's only dedicated pediatric hospital and a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, where laboratory professionals play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents." That's about the role. Also "We are seeking a flexible full-time Sr. Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our Microbiology Laboratory on first shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.), with rotating weekends and holidays." That includes schedule; we can put schedule details in Schedule section, but also mention in About the role? Better to keep schedule details in Schedule section, but we need to not duplicate. We can keep the sentence in About the role but maybe remove schedule part? However we must preserve all substantive info; we could keep the sentence but then also have Schedule section with same info; that would be duplication. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid duplication. So we should place schedule info only in Schedule section, not also in About the role. So we need to rephrase About the role without schedule details. We can keep the rest: "Join the team at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, the region's only dedicated pediatric hospital and a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, where laboratory professionals play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents. We are seeking a flexible full-time Sr. Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our Microbiology Laboratory." That's fine. Then schedule: "first shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.), with rotating weekends and holidays." Pay: "The Medical Lab Scientist's salary starts at $28.90/hour. We are proud to offer a competitive sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for eligible candidates! Applicants will be placed into the appropriate job title and salary based on their individual experience and education." We need to keep that sentence about placement. Could be in Pay section. Responsibilities: list bullet points. Qualifications: list bullet points? The qualifications are dense paragraphs with OR conditions. We need to preserve all detail; we can keep as

with the text, or break into

  • for each bullet? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Qualifications is a list of requirements; we can format as
      • each distinct requirement? However the qualifications are complex with ORs; splitting may lose nuance. Safer to keep as

preserving the original wording. The instruction says use

        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Qualifications is a list of requirements, so we should use
          • . But we need to ensure we don't lose meaning. We could break into separate items: each OR condition as a separate

Actually it's separate: "Three years' experience in a clinical lab as an MLS or MLT required in the absence of certification." Might be a clarification.)
