Job Description Join our team as a Mechanical Engineer and play a key role in designing and improving mechanical and electromechanical systems that drive our business forward. In this role, you’ll contribute to innovative product development—from concept through installation—working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, product performance, and customer satisfaction. What you’ll do Research and analyze customer requirements, technical specifications, and design constraintsDesign mechanical and electromechanical systems, including instruments, machines, and control systemsDevelop and refine solutions for thermal, hydraulic, and mechanical applicationsCoordinate fabrication, installation, and testing to ensure alignment with engineering standardsSupport troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of equipment and systemsEvaluate field performance and recommend design improvementsCollaborate with teams to integrate hardware and software componentsContribute to project progress updates and communicate technical findings clearly What you need Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design skills – requiredAbility to interpret technical documentation and apply engineering principles – requiredEffective written and verbal communication skills – requiredExperience working on projects of moderate complexity – requiredProficiency in mechanical system design and analysis – requiredBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field – required5-10 years of relevant engineering experience – requiredAbility to adapt, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively – required Other Qualifications US CitizenshipActive government security clearance or the ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.Ability to travel (domestically/internationally) approximately 10%.
