Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Participate in GMP processes in materials management.
- Maintain knowledge of required SOPs and execute training curriculum.
- Responsible for discrepancy or deviation investigations.
- Writes and executes SOP creation and revisions.
- Support leadership in various materials management functions such as receiving, inventory control, shipping and internal logistics.
- Works closely with cross-functional departments as necessary to resolve issues.
- Exhibits professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflect positively on the company.
- Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis.
- Embody PCI Pharma Service’s cultural values.
- Aligns daily actions with department and company goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s in Science Preferred.
- Four to Six (4-6) years of material management experience.
- Experience in a cGMP environment strongly preferred.
- Ability to follow directions in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines or as a team member.
- Strong knowledge with quality standards, supplier management policies and cGMP standards.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems and planning tools preferred.
- Proven track record of problem solving and cross functional teamwork.
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands
- While Performing The Duties The Employee Is constantly required to sit, and to reach to use computers and other office equipment.
- Frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Constantly required to view objects at close and distant ranges with hand and eye coordination.
- Frequently required to communicate with others.
Pay & Benefits
The hiring rate for this position is $29.65 - $31.35 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
