Key Responsibilities
- Manage Production Schedules.
- Validate availability of parts for work orders.
- Receive and inspect incoming parts.
- Maintain inventory levels and order parts.
- Prepare work order kits.
- Prepare cycle counts and count parts.
- Store materials and keep workspaces organized.
- Implement visual controls.
- Manage inventory using lean principles.
- Use forklift to store heavy materials.
- Avoid scrap and maintain high productivity.
- Escalate problems and communicate progress.
- Accurately transact data and update dashboards.
- Train and support others.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Flexibility to adjust to challenges and changing priorities.

- 3-5 years of warehouse or material control experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- 1-2 years of experience, or training, in document control.
- Forklift certified.
- Excel proficiency.
- Limited Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
