About the role

The Sr. Marketing Specialist – New Stores engages with new store owners to successfully on-board 300+ stores, educating them on national and local Ace marketing programs, costs, and execution. This role involves collaborating with various departments to plan and execute marketing timelines, events, and Grand Opening strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing new store marketing timelines, activities, and events.
  • Collaborating with vendors and cross-functional corporate teams to ensure marketing programs are properly activated.
  • Coordinating and planning Grand Opening events, including creative development, offer creation, securing inventory, and deploying creative materials.
  • Executing 18-month marketing roadmaps for all new stores, including National and Local Marketing strategies.
  • Working cross-functionally with Retail Operations, District Managers, Retail Business Managers, Market Development Managers, Promotions, RSC’s, vendors, and other key business partners to onboard new stores and plan their Grand Opening strategy.
  • Conducting Store webinars to onboard and train multiple new stores at one time or individually.
  • Updating all New Store training, education, and onboarding materials to contain the most up-to-date information.
  • Taking ownership of all New Owners Institute trainings each year, including conducting the training and preparing all training materials and presentations.
  • Attending 2 conventions per year and attending 2-4 competitive Grand Openings per year.
  • Executing event plans for 100+ Elevate store projects, including special offers, creative ideas, and demo concepts.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in marketing or a related field.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Business-Related Field.
  • Project and detail-driven with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker that questions the status quo.
  • Passion and energy to build relationships and programs.
  • Ability to travel to Grand Openings and conventions.

Pay

$76,300 - $95,550 per year.
