Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, Biologicals and Chemicals (onsite)

How you will make an impact:

• You will run Thermo Fisher's Biologicals and Chemicals Division (BCD) marketing operations and shared service execution (demand gen, events, marcom), ensuring efficient workflows, consistent delivery, and measurable impact across business units.

Requirements

How you will get here:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7 years of experience managing marketing operations in life sciences or related industry at a global enterprise level
• 3 years of leadership experience and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution
• Strong background in budget management, vendor relations, and procurement processes
• Demonstrated success in implementing workflows and governance frameworks

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $119,000.00–$157,100.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
