Responsibilities
Own intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across shared services
Implement workflow processes and RACI alignment with Group/BU teams
Ensure consistent execution standards across the division
Manage shared services budgets, agencies, and tools
Negotiate scopes and ensure ROI discipline
Maintain compliance with procurement processes
Lead execution teams (Demand Gen / Events / Marcom)
Set strategy and objectives for execution functions
Coach team leads and remove blockers
Ensure launch/campaign/event delivery against timelines
Establish BCD marketing performance metrics, reporting dashboards and post-mortems
Drive performance optimization across channels
Identify automation/process improvements to scale output
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
7 years of experience managing marketing operations in life sciences or related industry at a global enterprise level
3 years of leadership experience and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution
Strong background in budget management, vendor relations, and procurement processes
Demonstrated success in implementing workflows and governance frameworks

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $119,000.00–$157,100.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
