Sr. Marketing Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: About GenScript, About ProBio, About The Role, Key Responsibilities (with subpoints), Qualification, Benefits. There's no explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. Benefits is present, so include Benefits section. We need to use
for section headings. For each section we need heading and content:
for prose,
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: EEO statements, drug-free workplace, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove cookie/navigation/legal etc.
We need to keep About GenScript, About ProBio, About The Role, Key Responsibilities, Qualification, Benefits.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content.
We need to format: maybe each section as
Section Title
then content. For About GenScript and About ProBio and About The Role: they are prose paragraphs; we can put them in. Key Responsibilities: there are bullet points (starting with Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership etc). We need to turn each bullet into
- . The bullet points have sub-bullets? Actually each bullet is a heading then description. Eg: "Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership Own the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business priorities and commercial goals within designated segments.Lead complex, integrated, multi-channel campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.Translate corporate, commercial, and product strategies into marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.Independently manage campaign plans, budgets, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Commercial, Product Management, Scientific SMEs, Regional Marketing teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.Present campaign strategies, recommendations, and performance insights to senior leadership." We could treat each bullet as a
- containing the whole sentence(s). Could also break into multiple
- for each duty but it's okay.
Similarly for Customer Insights & Value Proposition Development etc.
We'll produce
- for each responsibility heading. Qualification: list of qualifications; we can turn each line into
- . The qualification paragraph includes multiple sentences separated by periods; but we can treat each bullet as separate qualification. The text: "7+ years' experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, product marketing, or content marketing, preferably within life sciences, biotechnology, CDMO, or related industries.Proven success leading complex, integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.Strong strategic planning and project leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.Demonstrated experience building customer journeys, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for technical or scientific products and services.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across commercial, product, scientific, and leadership teams.Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to optimize marketing performance.Exceptional communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.Experience working with scientific subject matter experts and within a regulated industry is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced scientific qualification is a plus." We can split at each period before a capital letter (but careful with abbreviations). Simpler: treat each sentence as
- . We'll produce list items. Benefits: list of benefits; we can turn each benefit into
- . The benefits paragraph: "Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one. We offer paid parental leave after just three (3) months of employment, and a paid time off policy that includes vacation time, personal time, sick time, floating holidays, and company holidays. Additional benefits include flexible spending and health savings accounts, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, legal assistance, and supplemental plans such as pet, critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance. We also provide commuter benefits, well-being initiatives, and peer-to-peer recognition programs; demonstrating our ongoing commitment to building a culture where our people feel empowered, supported, and inspired to do their best work." We can split into sentences and each as
- . Or we can keep as prose but instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So benefits is a list; we should use
- . We'll break into logical items: medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with company match vesting day one; paid parental leave after 3 months; paid time off policy (vacation, personal, sick, floating holidays, company holidays); flexible spending and health savings accounts; life and AD&D insurance; short- and long-term disability coverage; legal assistance; supplemental plans (pet, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity); commuter benefits; well-being initiatives; peer-to-peer recognition programs.
We'll produce
- for each.
We must not include EEO boilerplate etc. So we remove the equal opportunity statement, drug-free workplace, note about contact, etc.
We also need to remove duplicated lines (none). Also remove "About GenScript", "About ProBio", "About The Role" as headings? Actually we need to keep those as sections. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings: "About GenScript", "About ProBio", "About The Role", "Key Responsibilities", "Qualification", "Benefits". However they said "About the role" as example; but we have "About The Role". We'll keep as is. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading (not needed). Also not include Job ID. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
