About the role

As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor at Schwab Wealth Advisory, you will manage complex client relationships, deliver holistic financial planning, and provide tailored investment guidance. This role requires a proven track record in leading client interactions, managing client needs, and delivering comprehensive financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing client relationships and deliver holistic financial planning
• Provide tailored investment guidance aligned with Schwab’s approach to investing
• Collaborate with an experienced advisory team to support clients through complex financial decisions
• Ensure service consistency and follow-through on complex, multi-workstream client needs
• Develop and communicate holistic financial plans for high-complexity scenarios
• Translate sophisticated planning and investment concepts into clear, tailored guidance that drives action and deepens trust

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex client relationships
• Ability to prioritize high-impact activities and coordinate across partners
• Proven ability to develop and communicate holistic financial plans
• Senior learning mindset with a willingness to seek input and integrate feedback
• Sound judgment and risk awareness, recognizing when situations exceed scope or require additional expertise

Qualifications

• CFP® designation or CFA® designation
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active FINRA Series 7 license (obtainable within 120 days)
• Active FINRA Series 66 license (or equivalent) (obtainable within 120 days)

Skills

• Strong client management and communication skills
• Ability to navigate complex financial scenarios
