About the role
This role leads the team that makes adopting AI at T-Mobile fast, easy, and frictionless. You'll design the experiences and processes that let teams bring AI into their work quickly, with guardrails handled in the background. You'll own the enterprise's front-door experience for AI—one simple path in, smart routing to the right partners, and enablement that helps teams move. Governance exists to accelerate adoption safely, not to slow it. Success looks like teams across T-Mobile shipping AI faster because the path is clear and friction is gone.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team that runs the enterprise's AI enablement experience—a simple path that gets teams to “yes” quickly.
- Build frictionless intake and routing so requests reach the right partners without teams feeling the hand-offs.
- Turn standards into easy, self-service enablement that helps teams adopt AI.
- Remove blockers to AI adoption and keep simplifying the path.
- Develop and maintain key internal partnerships to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor team members by providing coaching and career development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings.
- Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required). Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Preferred Work Experience: 4-7+ years in Product Management.
- 5+ years of product management in an agile software development environment.
- 4-7+ years of Technical Depth: 3+ years in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale environment.
- 4-7+ years of Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of technological products.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- No travel required.

Pay
Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $182,040 - $328,440 (combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity). National Base Pay Range: $151,700 - $273,700. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, qualifications, experience, and work location.
