Responsibilities

• Lead the global TME/AE team for products development and validation.
• Work with marketing team for direct customer engagements, establish production roadmap and definition, and business strategy.
• Coordinate with internal backend team and field team for customer support.
• Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer’s design projects.
• Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers.
• Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug techniques.
• Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and strong leadership.
• Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired.
• MSEE or higher required.

Pay

The base salary range for this position in California is $155,000 - $205,000.
The base salary range for this position in Washington is $140,000 - $185,000.
