Sr. Manager Talent Attraction - Experienced Hiring
Key Responsibilities
- Execute talent attraction strategies aligned with workforce priorities, supporting a proactive and pipeline-driven recruiting approach through market insights and talent readiness analysis.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for experienced, priority, and hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and relationship management.
- Expand access to experienced talent by developing partnerships and engagement strategies with professional associations, industry events, and external talent networks.
- Develop and execute veteran recruiting initiatives by leveraging military partnerships, targeted outreach strategies, and skills translation to create sustainable veteran talent pipelines.
- Lead talent mapping and direct sourcing efforts to identify, engage, and cultivate talent communities aligned with current and future business needs.
- Manage and optimize the employee referral program to increase candidate quality, referral engagement, and overall hiring outcomes.
- Utilize labor market intelligence and workforce planning data to prioritize sourcing efforts, identify talent gaps, and support critical hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment and sourcing performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership.
What are we looking for?
- 5 or more years of experience in talent attraction, sourcing, or recruiting within a complex organization
- Proven ability to build proactive pipelines for experienced and niche talent
- Experience leveraging professional organizations, direct sourcing, and external networks
- Experience designing or supporting veteran hiring or targeted talent initiatives
- Experience working with external vendors and sourcing partners
- Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands-on to deliver outcomes
