for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings inside? It says use
for section headings (list). Likely only those top-level headings should be
. Inside we can use

- . Probably okay to include them as part of
- text. We need to preserve all substantive information: So we need to include each bullet under each responsibility heading. Thus we will create a

Similarly for Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting includes requirements: demonstrated success recruiting for technical and difficult-to-fill positions, particularly engineering and other specialized professional talent. Experience within aerospace, aviation, defense, advanced manufacturing, or another highly technical environment is strongly preferred. Also maybe "Senior Talent Acquisition Manager" role requires leading team etc. But those are responsibilities. For qualifications we can list: Demonstrated success recruiting for technical/difficult-to-fill positions, especially engineering; Experience in aerospace/aviation/defense/advanced manufacturing or similar highly technical environment preferred. Also maybe "Ability to lead and develop a team", "Strategic talent advisor", etc. But those are more responsibilities. However we can treat them as qualifications.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Thus we will create sections:

Qualifications

We might also have Skills section? Could extract skills like sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, data management, etc. But those are covered in responsibilities. Might be redundant. Better to not create Skills if not distinct.
We need to ensure we don't create empty sections.
