Sr. Manager Supply Chain Program Manager – Data Centers
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities in support of Carrier’s Data Center initiatives within the Climate Solutions Americas (CSA) supply chain organization. This role offers an opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment while advancing supply chain performance, supplier partnerships, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Supply Chain on the global platform management team, helping shape program scope to align with global sourcing strategies and preferred supplier partnerships.
Lead end-to-end supply chain planning for new product launches, from concept development through production ramp-up.
Partner with engineering and product teams to translate design requirements into scalable manufacturing and sourcing strategies.
Drive cross-functional alignment across procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics to support launch readiness and execution.
Optimize inventory requirements by analyzing customer forecasts, bills of material, and supplier lead times to support production needs.
Collaborate with sourcing leads to ensure program contracts and inventory stocking agreements support market lead-time requirements, program milestones, and production launch needs.
Partner with Supplier Readiness and Supplier Development teams to ensure supplier capacity supports rapid Data Center growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of purchasing, supply chain, or operations experience within industrial manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications
HVAC industry experience
Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, factory assembly processes and bills of material
Energetic and success-driven English verbal and written communications skills
Ability to be persuasive and make management presentations
Organized with attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through skills
Advanced quantitative spreadsheet analysis skills to organize and analyze data efficiently
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
