Scope of Position

The Data Center Supply Chain Manager is responsible for coordinating supply chain execution for high-priority Data Center programs, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, capacity, and logistics decisions. This role operates at the center of cross-functional execution, partnering closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Product Management to ensure critical projects are supported with reliable supply plans and clear risk visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, S&OE, Materials Management
  • Experience supporting complex programs involving long lead times, constrained supply, or rapid growth environments
  • Proven experience in S&OE process, demand planning, supply and inventory planning, new products introduction, and resource allocation
  • Strong analytical and scenario modeling capability
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience participating in S&OP / S&OE processes
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP/APS systems
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred

Working Conditions

  • Office environment
  • Based in North Andover, MA
  • Hybrid role, working in the office three days a week (Monday - Wednesday) and remotely two days a week (Thursday and Friday)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods
  • Ability to physically move around the office and shop floor
  • Ability to read documents, use a computer
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Pay Range

The expected salary range for this position is $130,000-144,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
