Responsibilities

• Leading the supplier management program across Alcon's global network, focusing on evaluation, qualification, capability assessment, and performance monitoring.
• Championing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring an uninterrupted supply of high-quality components.
• Developing strategies to mitigate manufacturing issues at our Facility in Lake Forest, CA., Fort Worth, TX or Johns Creek, GA.
• Developing and executing strategies for pre-market supplier selection, evaluation and minimization of risk at time of transfer.
• Overseeing multiple projects, ensuring goals are met through self-directed work and supervision.
• Supervising supplier Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to mitigate root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Facilitating global supplier performance monitoring and reporting to senior and executive management.
• Mentoring supplier quality personnel to improve practices
