Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing

About the role

This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects from analysis to operational transitions
• Develop comprehensive category strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct RFx processes for high-value, complex procurements
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
• Analyze spend data to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex sourcing initiatives
• Negotiate master service agreements and contract terms for enterprise engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience, preferably in facilities services
• Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills in spend analysis and market research
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level negotiations and cost-saving initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies and procurement best practices
• Proficiency with procurement systems and advanced functions in Microsoft Office suite

Pay

$134,000 – $150,000 annually
