Sr. Manager, Sales & Operations Planning
Role Summary
The Senior Manager of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) at Tilray Beverages is a transformational position responsible for driving business excellence through the establishment, coordination, and management of a robust S&OP process across the beverage alcohol portfolio. This role ensures seamless alignment between sales, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams to support the company's financial growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the establishment and ongoing governance of a new Tilray Beverage Sales & Operations Planning function.
Own and facilitate the end-to-end S&OP process, driving alignment across commercial, supply chain, finance, and operations across multiple production facilities, product categories, and selling regions.
Strengthen cross-functional alignment, visibility, and responsiveness to supply risks, inventory drivers, production constraints, and commercial priorities.
Drive process standardization, system integration, and digitalization initiatives to enhance visibility, compliance, and operational excellence.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across S&OP and the broader supply chain organization.
Support talent development through coaching, training, and career progression; recruit and onboard high-performing team members.
Develop and evolve KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools to support the S&OP process and drive performance improvement.
Prepare and present comprehensive S&OP reports and recommendations to senior leadership, integrating commercial, operational, and financial insights.
Lead scenario planning, risk assessments, and business insights to support executive decision-making and contingency planning.
Manage a high-performing team focused on integrated demand and supply planning, inventory management, and execution alignment.
Implement and monitor performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, OTIF delivery, production plan attainment, and inventory levels.
Drive improvements in cost, efficiency, and service level KPIs through S&OP process standardization, improved decision-making, and inventory optimization.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience in supply chain, S&OP, demand planning, or related functions within the beverage alcohol, CPG, or manufacturing industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Proven track record of implementing and managing S&OP or IBP processes in complex, multi-brand, multi-channel environments.
Exceptional analytical skills, with practical experience in statistical forecasting, scenario modeling, and data visualization.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect operational planning to financial outcomes and company strategy.
Proficiency with general Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required, with advanced capability preferred.
Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, OneLake, Fabric, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, etc.) is highly valued.
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, including team development, succession planning, and change management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; able to engage and align stakeholders across all levels and functions.
Highly adaptable, agile, and comfortable driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Relevant certifications (IBF, APICS, or similar) are strongly preferred.

Pay
$105,000 - $125,000 per annum. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience.
