Sr Manager Risk and Resilience
About the role
Lead the development, implementation, and management of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to ensure the resilience and operational continuity of our Building Automation business. Report directly to our VP HS&E and work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans specific to Building Automation operations.
- Lead risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and critical business functions.
- Cook up with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement continuity strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience in business continuity management, disaster recovery planning, and risk management within a complex industrial or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to Building Automation or related industries.
- Expertise in conducting business impact analyses, risk assessments, and developing mitigation strategies that ensure operational resilience.
- Familiarity with continuity planning tools, incident management software, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
