Sr Manager - Revenue Operations - Travel Supply & AI (100% Remote - USA)

Responsibilities

• Own the design and ongoing evolution of data models and reporting frameworks to enhance visibility into revenue performance
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate insight generation and improve output quality
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and translate findings into actionable insights
• Map and redesign core revenue workflows to create more efficient processes
• Implement operational solutions and ensure their successful adoption across teams
• Identify AI opportunities to transform revenue processes and execute solutions directly
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the revenue tech stack to diagnose and resolve operational issues

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations or a related analytical/commercial role
• Proven track record of building data models and process frameworks
• Strong analytical skills combined with commercial instincts
• Familiarity and excitement for AI tools in operational settings
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
• Experience working cross-functionally with product or engineering teams
• Ability to challenge assumptions and stress-test processes
