Sr Manager Regional Procurement

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement activities for Raw Materials and Logistics.
• Own sourcing and negotiations for Phenol, Acetone, and ECH.
• Ensure supply continuity and mitigate supply risks.
• Contribute to global coordination for key materials.
• Manage logistics and trade compliance activities.
• Act as business partner to stakeholders.
• Lead a Category Manager and a Logistics / Trade Compliance Manager.
• Ensure compliance with policies and DOA.
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education, Experience And Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in procurement manufacturing industries.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong sourcing and supplier management.
• Team leadership experience.
• Commercial acumen.
• Stakeholder influence.
• Analytical capability.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Strong Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills required, SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence all levels of employees and management, both inside the company and externally with suppliers as well as effective presentation skills.
• Able to make decisions or recommendations that are “data based” and align decisions with strategies. Considers the impacts of decisions on other parts of the organization.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Position has direct and indirect reports. The position requires the ability to motivate indirect reports in the Procurement function as well as non-Procurement functions.

• Appropriate personal protective equipment including hearing protection, steel toe shoes, safety glasses and/or hard hats may be required while working in a facility.
