We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about company values, etc. Could be "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: General purpose, Essential Functions (with subparts), Competencies, Qualifications & Special Skills Required, Education/Certifications, Physical Requirements, Travel, Primary work location, Supervisory Responsibilities, etc. We need to map to headings. We should not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer, etc. Also remove navigation/legal etc. The disclaimer at end is boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Our values start..." maybe considered company overview; could be "About the role" or "About Ross". We'll keep as a paragraph under maybe "About the role". The content includes mission etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include sections: About the role (company overview), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Qualifications & Special Skills Required), Qualifications (Education/Certifications), Skills (maybe Competencies), Benefits? Not present. Pay? Not present. Schedule? Not present (travel up to 75% maybe schedule? but schedule not specified). We should not create sections with placeholder. So omit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list we need to convert each bullet into
  • . The responsibilities are paragraphs with multiple sentences; we can split into list items per duty. Might be many. We'll create
      with each essential function as
    • . Similarly for qualifications list. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like numbers, percentages, etc. Let's extract sections: - About the role / Overview: first paragraph(s) up to "GENERAL PURPOSE". Actually the text: "Our values start with our people, join a team that values you! Bring your talents to Ross, our leading off-price retail chain with over 2,200 stores, and a strong track record of success and growth. Our focus has always been bringing our customers a constant stream of high-quality brands and on-trend merchandise at extraordinary savings. All while providing a fun and exciting treasure hunt experience. As Part Of Our Team, You Will Experience Success. Our winning team pursues excellence while learning and evolvingCareer growth. We develop industry leading talent because Ross grows when our people growTeamwork. We work together to solve the hard problems and find the right solutionOur commitment to Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, and our community. That's company overview. We'll put under

      About the role

maybe. - GENERAL PURPOSE: "The Regional Logistics Sr. Manager oversees 4-5 Cross Docks and drives operational, financial and loss prevention goals, which are executed by influencing 3rd party logistics providers without direct authority. This is to be accomplished through detailed knowledge of Ross operations and managing the P&L of each Cross Dock that all have unique complexities. This position balances service to Ross customers, while ensuring that budgets are adhered to while also protecting company assets. Combine operations excellence with exceptional interpersonal skills to drive efficiency and foster meaningful partnerships with internal (Ross Supply Chain, Ross Stores Leadership, etc.) and external partners. The role requires exceptional influencing skills to drive change, secure by-in across multiple stakeholder groups and achieve results through effective partnership management. The ideal candidate will be able to foster trust and create collaborative environments that drive mutual success." We could treat this as part of Responsibilities or Overview. But we have a separate Responsibilities section later (Essential Functions). We could put General Purpose under About the role as well. However instructions: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly. Thus:

      About the role

-> include company overview and maybe general purpose.

      Responsibilities

-> Essential Functions (Driving Operational Performance, Managing Financial Objectives, Influence and Communication, Supporting Loss Prevention, Supporting Positive Associate Relations Programs). We'll list each bullet as
    • .

      Requirements

-> Qualifications & Special Skills Required (minimum 7-10 years manager level transportation experience, etc.) plus maybe Preferred Experience.

      Qualifications

-> Education / Certifications (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent...).

      Skills

-> Competencies (Drives Results, Leading by Example, Building Effective Teams, Plans, Aligns & Prioritizes, Business Acumen, Communication and Influence, Organizational Agility, Collaboration). Also maybe include "Skillful negotiator with strong ability to influence" etc. But those are in Qualifications. We'll keep Competencies as Skills. We must not create sections with placeholder. Ensure we have real content. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
