Sr. Manager, R&D AI Solutions & Analytics

Our portfolio includes the first FDA-approved treatment for Parkinson’s disease psychosis and Rett syndrome, alongside a pipeline of promising therapies for Alzheimer’s disease psychosis, Lewy body dementia psychosis, and other unmet needs.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver analytics and AI-enabled solutions supporting Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Portfolio Strategy, and broader R&D functions.
Develop and scale dashboards, operational metrics, and analytics products that improve visibility into clinical and operational performance.
Support the implementation and expansion of AI-powered use cases including clinical operations copilots, enrollment analytics, workflow automation, and decision-support tools.
Identify and translate high-value R&D business opportunities into analytics and AI solutions in partnership with key stakeholders.
Contribute to rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and innovation initiatives aligned with enterprise R&D priorities.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of analytics and AI solutions through performance measurement and user feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience developing and operationalizing analytics or AI-enabled solutions within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated healthcare environments.
Hands-on experience building analytics data products, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
Familiarity with data standards such as CDISC and FHIR.
Experience applying analytics in R&D-intensive industries such as biopharma, healthcare, or technology.
Qualifications
Must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
Physical Requirements
Regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment.
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds.
