About the role

The Senior Manager of Protective Services will oversee security measures for the executive team, ensuring their safety and protection both at home and abroad. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in executive protection, with a strong emphasis on discreet operations, customer service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Cover logistical planning and operational support for executive protection operations and associated travel.
  • Provide day-to-day discrete executive protection services for identified executives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Travel frequently to support protective operations, including event security both domestically and internationally.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transportation security strategy.
  • Advise executives on security measures as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate pertinent information in a timely manner.
  • Operate motor vehicles safely for security transport of executives and assets.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide aid as necessary.
  • Participate in periodic training on security-related skills and topics.
  • Stay informed about emerging security technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Coordinate activities, transportation, and other requests for executives.
  • Plan routes and conduct investigations as required.
  • Work with local, state, and federal agencies as needed.
  • Contribute to the security and protection of executive properties and equipment during travel.
  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high level of situational awareness.
  • Communicate effectively and collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of related (executive protection) and security experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • An active HR-218 credential.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in protective operations, including contingency planning, counter-surveillance, basic medical response, protective intelligence, and security driving tactics.
  • Familiarity with security technologies, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and screening equipment.
  • A strong understanding of industry-specific legislations and compliance requirements.
  • Good physical fitness and knowledge of realistic self-defense tactics are preferred.
  • Corporate executive protection experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to various work environments, and maintain a high level of situational awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 10+ years of related (executive protection) and security experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Must have an active HR-218 credential.
