Sr. Manager, Construction Services

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is properly contracted or subcontracted.
• Obtain permits and maintain compliance with building codes, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Lead cost estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Manage 3–5 projects simultaneously from concept through punch list.
• Spend significant time in the field verifying progress, safety, and quality.
• Communicate consistently with tenants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership.
• Track and report budgets and forecasts to management.
• Oversee and direct subcontractors on-site.
• Perform submittal review, quality control, scheduling, and project closeout.
• Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong background in estimating and field management.
• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent).
• Experience with estimating and take-off software.
• Bluebeam and MS Project preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Must have real, in-the-field construction leadership experience and strong subcontractor relationships.
