STACK is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Project Controls to develop the Delivery Project Management Office (PMO) Controls objective. The Sr. Manager, Project Control provides leadership and oversight of Project-level controls, ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely management of cost, schedule, and performance data across construction Projects. This role partners with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, project teams and Construction Finance to establish, maintain, and govern Project controls that support informed decision-making and successful project execution. Key responsibilities include developing and managing Project budgets, schedules, and forecasting processes, establishing cost and schedule control standards, and overseeing Project-level reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics. The Sr. Manager, Project Control works closely with the Cost Manager to integrate cost data, support funding and governance reviews, and ensure alignment between budgets, forecasts, and approved baselines. The role also includes oversight of schedule management, change management, risk and contingency tracking, and EML reporting, as well as administration and continuous improvement of Project controls systems and processes.
