Sr. Manager, Production Control

About the role

The Sr. Manager, Production Control position supports factories within the Integration Manufacturing Center (IMC) in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves leading production control and warehouse teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and aligning operations with supply chain strategies and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Control and Warehouse Teams in Tucson, Arizona
• Ensure full compliance of company policies and procedures
• Supports deployment of Operations strategy and metrics to accurately measure progress, drive continuous improvement and improve on-time delivery
• Coach leaders on processes and development in leadership and their careers
• Lead the effort to develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions utilizing CORE best practices and processes

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or project management
• Experience leading daily team operations

Qualifications

• Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application
• U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance prior to start date

Pay and Benefits

• The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD
