Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production control or manufacturing management.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
