About the role
The Learning & Development team at Capital One is dedicated to empowering associates to grow their careers. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for L&D, ensuring that all initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the L&D product strategy and roadmap
- Set direction and track outcomes against a measurable business case
- Bring senior stakeholders a clear point of view on investment priorities
- Lead a team focused on associate growth and development
- Enable Capital One to be the best place for associates to build their careers
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in human centered, business focused, technology driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership
- Translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
