Sr. Manager, Product Management - Learning and Development Strategy & Associate Growth

The Learning & Development team at Capital One is dedicated to empowering associates to grow their careers through meaningful learning experiences. As Senior Manager of Product Management, you will own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that all initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the L&D product strategy and roadmap
- Set direction and track outcomes against a measurable business case
- Bring senior stakeholders a clear point of view on where to invest next
- Lead a team focused on shaping and executing the strategy to enable associate growth
- Connect learning priorities across Talent, Performance, and business strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
- Proficiency in five key areas of Product Management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
Skills
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with product development methodologies and tools

Pay
Salaries for this role range from $164,800 - $229,100 annually, depending on location and experience. Incentive compensation may also be available.
