This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access and payment policies from government and commercial payers
• Monitor policy developments and translate implications for stakeholders
• Engage with policymakers and healthcare associations to support advocacy efforts
• Serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. reimbursement policies
• Collaborate on legislative and regulatory developments impacting product access
• Educate on managed care policies, trends, and value-based care models
• Support cross-functional teams to inform reimbursement strategies

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare policy, reimbursement, market access, or advocacy organizations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement including coverage and payment methodologies
• Desirable experience in the diabetes, medical device, or biotechnology industry
• Ability to analyze policy issues with financial impact assessment
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills

Pay

$156,400 – $260,600 annually
