Sr. Manager, People eXperience
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of PX Business Partners, serving as the primary strategic guide for the CFO, CIO, and Chief Accounting Officer organizations.
- Serve as the PX lead for the Finance of the Future program, partnering with the Transformation Office to design and implement a new global operating model.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to transition the global workforce into a modern, AI-enabled, and data-driven infrastructure.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, using data-driven insights to guide workforce planning and identify talent opportunities within automated processes.
- Drive global integration by aligning people strategies for Finance and IS teams across regional partners, specifically focusing on our populations in India and Mexico.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of progressive PX Business Partnering experience, with previous experience in a leadership role managing other PX professionals.
- A proven track record of leading PX workstreams for large-scale organizational design or digital transformation projects.
- Deep financial acumen and data literacy, with the ability to influence VP-level leaders using insights related to ARR and digital milestones.
- An expert at navigating high-stakes environments and third-party vendor relationships within a global business context.
Bonus Points For Experience
- Specifically supporting Finance or IT transformations within a global technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance HR productivity and business processes.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. - Hiring Range: $122,500.00–$168,400.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary
