Sr. Manager Organization & Improvement - Wells Ferrero
Support the Wells Organization & Improvement agenda by contributing to organizational design, development, change, and governance initiatives. The role provides analytical, project management, and coordination support to the Head of O&I and acts as a key execution partner in delivering organizational projects across Wells. The role ensures O&I methodologies, standards, and ways of working are consistently applied and translated into tangible outcomes for the business.
Responsibilities
- Organizational Design
- Support the analysis and development of organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities in line with Wells and Group methodologies
- Contribute to role design activities, including role clarity, accountability mapping, and documentation
- Prepare organizational diagnostics, gap analysis, and scenario comparison to inform design decisions
- Support the development and update of organizational charts, role descriptions, and supporting materials
- Support grading evaluation preparation
- Proactively support Wells management in identifying and addressing key organizational issues, in line with Group and Ice-Cream organizational guidelines
- Organizational Development
- Support organizational development initiatives for specific Functions/sub-functions in terms of to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing
- Contribute to sizing analysis, workload assessments, and operating model reviews
- Help translate target-state designs into actionable implementation plans
- Change Management
- Support the deployment of change management approaches aligned with the Group methodology
- Support the preparation of change materials such as narrative, presentations, FAQs, etc.
- Support stakeholder mapping, impact analysis, and change readiness assessment
- Project Management (for O&I projects)
- Support the planning and execution of organizational and transformation projects within Wells
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions for O&I-related initiatives
- Governance
- Support the design and maintenance of Wells governance mechanisms and decision forums
- Assist in documenting key processes, decision rights, and governance principles
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of main processes and Business Blueprint (BBP)
- GRC Collaboration
- Support O&I input into Wells procedures, policies, and risk assessments in collaboration with Finance and GRC
- Help coordinate inputs for audits, reviews, and remediation actions linked to organizational changes
- Ensure that organizational initiatives consider risk, control, and compliance implications
Requirements
- 7-10 years in Business/Management Consulting and/or FMCG, with a strong track record in transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering
Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: High-level utility of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Strong project management skills with a structured approach to timelines, processes, and delivery, and ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel
- Fluency with digital workplace platforms; comfort with data, KPIs, and dashboards
- Confidence and seniority to engage with and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
- Executive presence, excellent writing/storytelling, and strong project leadership across functions and levels
Pay
The base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $199,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
