Basic Qualifications

• A Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline and 2 years of experience in job offered or technical management, management consulting, or engineering related occupation.
• In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline and 5 progressively responsible post-baccalaureate years of experience in job offered or technical management, management consulting, or engineering related occupation.
• 2 years of management experience (salaried workforce or program management) in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production/procurement, distribution, logistics or related environment/operations.
• 2 years of experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics.
• 1 year of cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives.

Pay

$135,000 - $182,700
