Sr. Manager of Warehouse and Logistics - Food Manufacturing

Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods (“GDK”) stands at the forefront as a premier provider of authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Warehouse & Logistics to be located at our Glendale Heights facility, reporting to the Supply Chain Director. This role will oversee planning and directing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, shipping, routing, logistics, and administrative tasks to ensure customer and company objectives are achieved across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for overall warehouse operations and inbound/outbound logistics strategy.
• Lead and manage workers engaged in receiving, storing, picking, staging, inventory, and shipping products or materials.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with Sales, Record Control, and Purchasing departments to ensure material availability.
• Drive Customer Fill Rate through planning, execution, and coordination of finished goods inventory to fulfill orders.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures for verifying incoming orders, outgoing shipments, and product handling.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, including lot codes, warehouse locations, and shipping transactions.
• Oversee ERP system utilization and transactional accuracy of material flow in and out of warehouse locations.
• Manage the Slow Moving and Obsolete Goods program to minimize inventory write-offs.
• Develop, manage, record, and publish KPIs for warehouse accuracy, capacity, slotting, route optimization, and truck utilization.
• Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse, oversee equipment, and coordinate maintenance and replacement as needed.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Warehouse/Distribution Operations or related major.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP/MRP systems (IFS experience a plus).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment (required).

Pay

Target base salary: $125,000 - $145,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 15% annual performance bonus.
