What You Will Do
- Customer Strategy & Solutions
- Design and implement tailored supply chain solutions that improve service, responsiveness, and cost efficiency
- Build strong partnerships with customer supply chain and logistics teams
- Analyze end-to-end product flow and recommend improvements that drive mutual value
- Replenishment & Order Optimization
- Define optimal order parameters (lead times, cadence, minimums, case packs)
- Develop efficient replenishment programs (e.g., VMI, collaborative planning, direct-ship)
- Improve stability and quality of customer demand signals and ensure alignment to terms of sale
- Performance & KPI Alignment
- Establish shared KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, inventory turns, forecast accuracy)
- Develop customer scorecards and drive transparency and accountability
- Lead root cause analysis to identify and resolve service gaps
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales and align internal teams prior to customer engagement
- Collaborate across Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and COE teams to ensure scalable solutions
- Represent Supply Chain in customer-facing engagements and business reviews
- Governance & Capability Building
- Develop frameworks, standards, and playbooks for customer supply chain engagement
- Establish governance models to drive alignment and decision-making
- Translate customer needs into scalable processes, tools, and system improvements
- Help build and scale the Customer Supply Chain Solutions capability
- Leadership & Influence
- Lead through influence in a matrixed organization
- Promote strategic, customer-focused supply chain thinking across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or customer solutions (CPG or retail preferred)
- Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge (demand, supply, and fulfillment)
- Experience collaborating with customer supply chain teams
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Familiarity with replenishment models (e.g., VMI, CPFR)
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including executive-level interaction
