Sr Manager of Capital Markets

Location: Orlando, FL – must be based in or within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area.

About the role

• Work directly with the Senior Director of Treasury & Capital Markets on financing transactions and funding strategy.
• Support the execution of securitizations, warehouse facilities, and bank credit arrangements.
• Build financial models and analyze loan portfolio performance to support funding and liquidity decisions.
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, external lenders, and rating agencies.
• Prepare investor reporting and present financial analysis to senior leadership and external financing partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support securitization transactions, warehouse facility financings, and other capital markets activities, coordinating with internal teams, legal counsel, and external financing partners.
• Build and maintain cash flow models, loan portfolio forecasts, and funding scenarios to evaluate financing structures and cost of capital.
• Analyze loan portfolio performance, including delinquency, defaults, and prepayment trends, and oversee monthly investor reporting.
• Partner with Treasury and FP&A to evaluate liquidity needs, capital structure alternatives, and portfolio valuation.
• Improve financial reporting and analytics through Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other tools while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, with 5–7+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or corporate finance.
• Experience with securitizations, asset-backed securities (ABS), warehouse facilities, or consumer lending portfolios strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including cash flow modeling, portfolio forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience preparing financial analysis for senior leadership and external financing partners; Power BI, SQL, or other data analytics tools preferred.
